The Marketing team collaborates with all business units to drive the company forward and help users achieve their objectives. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, developing, and sharing engaging content, as well as analyzing results. Success in this role hinges on creating compelling content and engaging superfans to build brand awareness and loyalty.


What You'll Be Doing:

Creating an editorial strategy, content calendar, and content targeting specific audiences aligned with overall marketing and business goals.

  • Managing content creation, including user-generated, agency, and partner content.
  • Engaging in daily social listening for trends and engagement opportunities, crafting reactive content as needed.
  • Identifying product advocates and involving evangelists for user-generated content.
  • Implementing the social media strategy and adapting as necessary throughout the year.
  • Staying updated on new social media tools and best practices.
  • Educating internal teams and stakeholders on social media best practices.
  • Providing strategic recommendations based on trend observations and community discussions.


Engaging and communicating across all social channels, such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Cultivating a passionate community across channels, engaging with influencers through social listening and outreach.
  • Monitoring brand social channels and relevant online conversations for engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Happiness team to ensure support for all members.


Analyzing campaign and evergreen content results to enhance creativity and engagement.

  • Monitoring share of voice and sentiment among competitors for content strategy.
  • Delivering weekly channel reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilizing analytic tools to enhance social media performance.


Managing a team of social media associates, interns, and contractors for content creation, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications for Success in this Role:

  • Staying updated on trends, tools, and techniques in health, wellness, and social media.
  • Demonstrating a scrappy mindset in content creation.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, content creation, and performance analysis on core social channels.
  • Proven track record of growing engaged audiences on organic social platforms.
  • Proficiency in evaluating social media analytics for strategy adaptation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with basic visual content creation abilities.
  • Capable of building programs from primary research.
  • Proficient in working independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience in online marketing or copywriting preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, handling multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, management experience a plus.


Salary Range

$103,200 - $130,000, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. Additional benefits include healthcare, parental planning, mental health benefits, performance bonus, 401(k) plan, responsible time off, wellness and technology allowances, and more.
