About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to nurture, support, and renew customer relationships to ensure successful adoption of their solutions. The CSM will collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, drive product adoption, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging B2B digital solutions to achieve desired outcomes. The role requires engaging with senior-level executives, demonstrating value propositions, and guiding customers towards maximizing the benefits of the platform.


Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues promptly, fostering strong client relationships, and advocating for customer needs within the Hiring Company. A deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, account management best practices, and a proactive approach to customer success are essential for this role.


Salary Range

$103,000 to $133,000, excluding bonuses.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Serving as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey
  • Driving platform adoption and usage metrics
  • Facilitating onboarding processes for new clients
  • Providing strategic guidance on ABM best practices and solutions
  • Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with internal teams
  • Establishing credibility with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrating expertise in Hiring Company products and services
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Managing client projects and resolving issues effectively
  • Championing customer needs internally
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Creating customer stories, case studies, and references
  • Performing additional duties as needed


What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management within SAAS industry
  • Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling
  • Proficiency in Marketing Automation, CRM, and Content Management Systems
  • Strong technical project management skills
  • Ability to identify and address gaps in business processes
  • Proven track record of delivering successful solutions and ROI data
