Core Responsibilities



  • Provide in-person and virtual advice and solutions to IT incidents and problems
  • Engage with Digital Technology product teams to implement the required processes, technology and on-site solutions
  • Ensure IT policies and principles are being followed on site
  • Improve, utilize, train and promote new technologies implemented organization-wide
  • Install and configure hardware, computer systems and applications
  • Engage with vendors as it relates to IT area

As part of the Global End-User Support organization you will have the opportunity to help us optimize the usage of business technologies, increasing the productivity of The LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?



  • 2+ years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to hardware and software
  • General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts
  • Expertise on one or more specific IT technical areas such as Hardware troubleshooting, Operating Systems, Networking, ITSM, IT Security, Cloud Computing
  • Data analytics and presentation documents skills
  • An outstanding service oriented mindset
  • Open communication and international collaboration
  • Being data-driven with a solid understanding of the Agile framework is a big plus!



Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $70,400 - $105,600 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

New Location Update

This position will initially be based at our LEGO Education office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
