Our Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic, collaborative and detail-oriented individual to join our People Operations team to perform day-to-day administrative people operations responsibilities that provides amazing experience to past, present and future Snykers and supports employee lifecycle.
The People Operations Coordinator enhances the employee experience for new and existing employees by executing designated aspects of onboarding, offboarding and other employee transitions, completed accurately, timely and with high-level professionalism.
You’ll Spend Your Time
- Partnering closely with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute People Operations processes, policies and programs with a focus on a best-in-class employee experience and data integrity
- Reviewing records for data integrity in support of employee transactions
- Serving as the first line of contact for employees with questions regarding People Operations processes
- Up to 2 years of experience working in a people centric role, or an interest in pursuing a career within People Operations
- General understanding of service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a distributed team and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new responsibilities quickly
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with hands-on approach
- Have program enablement expertise and/or experience in at least one HR / People discipline
- Have ability to successfully utilize SaaS and web-based technology
- Possess analytical mindset. You approach problems from an inquisitive perspective and are always looking for data to support
