BigTime Software is seeking a UX Research Intern to join our Chicago office. As a UX Research Intern, you will create study plans and develop research methods for user-centered designs. This is an exciting opportunity to work side-by-side with a team of talented individuals on our UX and Product teams. What You’ll Be Accountable For:
- Collaborate with UX & Product teams to develop foundational research methods for user-centered design
- Create Study Plans, Participant Recruitment, Conducting Interviews, Conducting Qualitative Analysis, and provide actionable insights
- Assist in the refinement of user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts
- Define Qualitative and Quantitative best practices and standards
- A portfolio that showcases experience with core UX research methodologies and skillsets
- Core understanding of UX and design processes, preferably through college-level coursework or direct experience
- A continuous learning mindset, eager to learn new skills and grow in a fast-paced shipping environment
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills for fluid collaboration across diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to self prioritize, think critically, and identify emerging data themes
