About Our Client

Our Client is seeking a remote Sales Development Representative to conduct outbound sales prospecting activities directed at customers and targets, create and develop leads, and build pipelines. As a member of the team, you will utilize social media and other tools to capture prospect profiles that facilitate meaningful conversations. All Sales Development Representatives will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Development.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on potential clients and devise targeted outreach strategies to initiate contact.
  • Qualify leads through various communication channels like phone calls and emails to assess potential fit and interest.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for account executives or sales representatives to further nurture relationships with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and notes for all prospects in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals, strategies, and progress towards targets.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge, stay updated on industry trends, and refine sales techniques.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and metrics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with account executives and team members to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales pipeline.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of sales development/lead qualification experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining activity levels and achieving measurable goals in a metrics-based environment.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Strong phone skills and persona.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with corporate productivity tools.
  • Highly responsive and adaptable.
  • Experience with online real-time engagement via chat and video.


Benefits:

$70,000 base with a commission split. The compensation package will be based on factors such as location, experience, education, and certifications. Additionally, benefits include:
