About The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, your role involves educating new markets and prospects about opportunities with the hiring company. The Sales Development team bridges sales and marketing by filling the pipeline with qualified opportunities. The position offers a chance to build relationships with prospects and business partners, contributing to revenue growth for the hiring company and its customers. It also serves as a launch pad for various roles within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Representing the hiring company’s products and services
- Generating sales qualified leads
- Leveraging all resources to convert leads into customers
- Identifying and sharing best practices
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of post-college experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency with sales processes and tools
- Tenacious, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for success
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with cold calling and managing objections
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Salary Range
