Position Summary:
Dreamscape Destinations is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and assistance to ensure their travel experiences are seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues via phone, email, and online platforms.
