A Google Ads specialist, often referred to as a PPC (Pay-Per-Click) specialist, is a professional who specializes in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE GOOGLE FOR NON PROFITS PLATFORM

We are not starting from scratch we have an account and are currently spending 200 dollars a week. We need to multiply this x10

Your primary responsibility is to create, execute, and fine-tune online advertising strategies to help our organization achieve our marketing objectives. Here are the key responsibilities of a Google Ads specialist

  • **Campaign Setup and Management **
  • Create and set up Google Ads campaigns, including selecting the right campaign type, ad groups, and keywords.
  • Design and write ad copy for various ad formats (text ads, display ads, video ads, etc.).

  • **Keyword Research **
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for targeting in ad campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze and adjust keyword lists to optimize campaign performance.
  • **Ad Testing and Optimization **
  • A/B test ad variations to determine which ones are most effective.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and quality score, and make adjustments as needed to improve results.
  • **Budget Management **
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure the best return on investment (ROI).
  • Adjust budget distribution among campaigns and ad groups based on performance data.
  • **Audience Targeting **
  • Use audience targeting options to reach specific demographics, interests, and user behaviors.
  • Implement audience lists for remarketing to engage with past website visitors.
  • **Ad Extensions and Formats **
  • Utilize ad extensions to enhance ad visibility and provide additional information to users.
  • Create and manage various ad formats, such as responsive search ads, image ads, and video ads.
  • **Landing Page Optimization **
  • Ensure that the landing pages to which ads link are relevant, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Improve the quality of the landing page experience to enhance ad quality score.
  • **Conversion Tracking **
  • Implement conversion tracking to measure and attribute the success of ad campaigns to specific actions on the website (e.g., form submissions, purchases, phone calls).
  • **Reporting and Analysis **
  • Regularly generate and analyze performance reports to assess the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on investment.
  • **Stay Informed and Adapting **
  • Keep up to date with changes in Google Ads policies and algorithms.
