This full-time position, based in Houston, Texas, offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital analytics to drive strategic decision-making across multiple brands. As a Senior Digital Adobe Analytics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing web and mobile app data, contributing to brand strategies, and providing actionable insights to enhance acquisition and retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, and Adobe Launch to analyze web and mobile app data, providing insights to support site optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for new products, site enhancements, and redesigns.
- Offer strategic recommendations and support to various business, marketing, IT, and UX initiatives involving testing and analytics.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of digital analytics data, acquisition and retention performance, and other site metrics.
- Design, implement, and test analytics via Adobe Analytics on web, mobile app, and offline platforms.
- Provide training and consultation to junior team members and stay updated on the latest Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, and AAM releases and features.
- Administer Adobe Analytics and Test & Target, troubleshooting with internal users and the analytics team.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 3 years of experience specifically with Adobe Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree required, with emphasis on business analysis, project management, marketing, communications, or information systems.
- Proven ability to administer Adobe Analytics, create report suites, and design solution design reference (SDR) documents.
- Strong experience in creating Adobe-based processing rules and classifications.
- Knowledge of CMS, AAM, AES, Google Analytics, or Adobe Test and Target is preferred.
- Proficiency in creating complex dashboards with sales funnels, flow paths, fallout charts, cohort tables, etc.
- Ability to read basic HTML and familiarity with key analytics topics related to Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with Adobe Audience Manager and/or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to code and implement in Adobe Launch (JavaScript and basic HTML) is desirable.
- Master's degree in business administration, analytics, or marketing is heavily preferred.
