Do you have a passion for helping businesses streamline their expense management processes? Are you an expert in SAP Concur solutions? If so, then this role is for you!
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Concur Consultant to join our team and assist clients with implementing and optimizing our expense management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and pain points related to expense management. Translate these needs into clear and actionable requirements for the SAP Concur implementation.
- System Design and Configuration: Leverage your expertise in SAP Concur products (e.g., Expense, Invoice) to design and configure a system that meets the specific needs of each client. This may involve customizing workflows, integrating with existing enterprise systems, and developing reporting solutions.
- Implementation and Deployment: Work collaboratively with the project team to implement the SAP Concur solution according to established best practices and timelines. This may involve data migration, user training, and go-live support.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the system is deployed. This may include troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and helping users optimize their use of the SAP Concur platform.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training materials for clients to ensure they understand how to effectively use the SAP Concur system. Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionality of SAP Concur products and share your knowledge with the team.
- Proven experience as an SAP Concur Consultant or similar role (e.g., Business Analyst)
- Strong understanding of SAP Concur products, including Expense, Invoice, and potentially other modules
- Experience with business process analysis and improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Certified Implementation Professional (CIP) for SAP Concur solutions
- Experience with integrating SAP Concur with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HCM)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
