NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Product Manager to join our team remotely in Mount Lake Terrace, WA.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between our customer, our business and our development team
- Responsible for understanding our customer problems (challenges) and validating through research and data
- Get input from the business to develop and deliver a solution to solve our customer problem
- Work closely with a solution architect to ensure that the solution/capabilities meet the needs of our customer
- Independently own and drive the direction of the assigned product and corresponding capabilities
- Effectively communicate and advocate the product/capability vision
- Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of the company's end-to-end business processes and how they relate to technology
- Manage the overall business requirements, process design documentation and deliverables, leveraging enterprise practices and tool
- Leverage deep knowledge of the challenges impacting the customer experience, including the technical, functional, process, and policy considerations, and creatively define solutions to those challenges; inform and evangelize a strong customer focus and customer experience that aligns decision making
- 8 years of professional work experience which includes previous product management experience
- 1 year minimum in Agile/Scrum framework
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years' work experience in a related field
- Product management experience in healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated industry
- Multiple years of business experience, preferably in a matrix work environment
- Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment with diverse stakeholders

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $50-$60 hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
