Responsibilities
The Business Systems Analysis, Associate contributes to the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between OU Leader and project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages presentations and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops documentation and mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Additional Duties May Include:
- Maintains risk registry for pursuit team for corporate strategic priority
- Work with internal support teams (Finance, BD, Capture, Delivery) to collect action items
- Develop meeting minutes
- Track and close Action Items for OU Leader (with regard to pursuit)
- Work with OU Leader to establish business analyst priorities for pursuit
- Assist with creation of power-point presentations
- Attend key meetings and provide synopsis
Basic Qualifications:
- 0 years with BS/BA; 4 years no degree
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have experience/coursework in Finance
$30,000 - $48,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
