Our Associate Billing and Accounts Specialist will be at the forefront of helping support our customers with billing, account, and security issues, suggesting improvements for related processes, and navigating communication of changes with our cross-departmental representatives.

About You

  • You’re an excellent written communicator. We’re a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at Zapier. The Billing & Accounts team’s scope can be more transactional, we’re looking for someone who can translate this into an empathic and human tone of voice.

  • You have an eye for detail. In the Billing & Accounts Support Team we work with Revenue and Company Policies, some tied directly to Data Security. It’s important we follow these with care whils still being empathic towards our customers.

Things You’ll Do

  • Help customers via email or chat to ensure they have the best experience possible, answering inquiries regarding (but not limited to) billing disputes, non-profit requests, and two factor authentication.
  • Process refunds and facilitate chargebacks/disputes with our payment processor.
  • Communicate customer feedback cross-departmentally.
  • Participate in support team experiments and provide feedback on your experiences.
  • Help maintain updates and verification for our internal documentation.

The Pay Ranges For This Role Are

USA: 53,300/66,600/79,900 USD

Canada: 53,300/66,600/79,900 CAD

A Candidate's compensation package is finalized once the interview process is concluded and accounts for demonstrated experience, job knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity. We use a business impact approach to base pay, which means we set pay for all Zapiens based on their demonstrated impact on Zapier’s success. In alignment with that philosophy, the upper half of a pay range is typically reserved for individuals who have consistently demonstrated a high impact in their current role and level while at Zapier.
