Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.
  • At least 2 end to end Oracle Cloud implementation.
  • Expertise in 3 or more of the following Oracle Cloud Technical tools - HCM extracts, Transformation Fast Formula for HDL, BI Publisher, Oracle Integrations Cloud.
  • Experience in HR processes, having worked on at least one project in the HR process domain in a technical capacity in any of the following modules is preferred - Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Management and Time and Labor
  • Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Integration frameworks
  • Design sub-components of larger application systems; integrate Oracle applications and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance.
  • Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution.
  • Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of Integrations.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role.
  • Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Integrations Certification
  • Experience with State/Federal implementations
