Work you'll do
- Work directly with clients to understand business goals, system platforms, and processes, etc. and recommending new approaches and procedures to effect standardization and improvements in meeting business objectives
- Conduct assessments of client current processes, reports and procedures
- Collect and analyze data to support process improvement
- Analysis with an ability to test, validate, and measure process quality
- Analyze business process, articulate, and implement recommended improvements
- Process mining
- Process optimization tools and technology such as robotics process automation, ServiceNow, Celonis, etc.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 9+ years of full-time work experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel up to 75% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Government Consulting experience highly preferred
- Lean Six Sigma (yellow, green, black belt)
