Work you'll do

As a PeopleSoft Functional Payroll Module Lead, you will:

  • Monitor sites for new standards, regulations, policies, etc. and recommend changes as deemed necessary
  • Review and provide impact analysis of the related architectural artifacts, technical requests for information, and compliance inputs
  • Provide support to IT portfolio management and compliance efforts by assisting the program with regular updates
  • Assist the program in reviewing systems engineering Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRLs)
  • Provide oversight support to the program
  • Support of technical reviews (e.g., Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, In Progress Reviews, etc.) to include development of reports, recommendations, analysis and risk mitigation plans prior to or after the reviews
  • Support the federal sector in the review of SI deliverable documents, development and management of milestone deliverable documents such as the Information Support Plan (ISP), the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), and Program Protection Plan (PPP)
  • Assist the federal sector in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Systems Engineering processes (e.g. change control processes, agile processes, etc.)
  • Creation and maintenance of program metrics, including but not limited to tracking Key Performance Parameters (KPPs)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Secret government security clearance required
  • 10 years of consulting or industry experience delivering Peoplesoft HCM Solutions
  • Experience with at least two Global Payroll module full life cycle implementations
  • Experience with at least three Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 full life cycle implementations, two of which were in direct support of a federal government client(s)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 10%-15% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred:

  • Experience with management and leadership at a federal government client
  • Experience written and oral communication at a federal government client

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
