The Global Key User Transportation Management will be responsible for the business process analysis and design from a SAP system perspective and will support continuous improvement projects as well as larger global distribution restructuring projects, which includes but is not limited to the development of user trainings for key-users, carrying out system tests and providing onsite support for cut-over, go-live and hyper care.All applicants are welcome, as this position can be filled all around Europe.
Your tasks
- Analyze and design business processes from a system perspective to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop functional and user requirements specifications, conducting gap and fit analysis to ensure alignment with business needs
- Participate in i-testing, v-testing, and provide support during migration phases, potentially working on weekends
- Maintain global template artefacts, including requirements, documentation, training materials, and testing artifacts (e.g., GC Template)
- Create comprehensive work instructions to guide users through processes and ensure consistency
- Support the setup of new clients in SAP, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Establish and maintain direct communication with carriers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth logistics processes
- Develop and conduct user trainings for local key-users/power-users to enhance their understanding of SAP processes
- Support change management activities during ERP system rollouts or projects to ensure seamless transitions
- Coordinate local key-user groups for knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Provide onsite support during cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases to address any immediate issues
- Work closely with the Global Process Owner to align local activities with global strategies and standards
- University degree in in Business, Information Technology, or any related field of study
- Proven experience in SAP projects and business process analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP ERP and especially SAP TM
