We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Service Specialist to support our building technology systems. In this position you will be responsible for the design of operational processes, the continuous development of services and the implementation of new services in the areas of building access, monitoring systems and printing.What would your role be?
- Implementation of best practices in IT service management to ensure high availability and efficiency
- Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in the existing IT systems
- Coordination with various teams to ensure seamless integration and interaction of technologies
- Active participation in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
- Support in daily operations
- Completed training or studies in the field of IT or comparable qualification
- Proven technical expertise
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Interest in new technologies and their integration into operations
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Good level of English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
