Employee Software Support
for our headquarters directly at Dortmund's Phoenixsee and the locations Crailsheim, Darmstadt, Dresden, Hamburg, Karlsruhe and Leipzig.
Your Tasks
- You take care of the acceptance, processing and forwarding of support requests via the ticket system
- You support our customers in troubleshooting and help with general problems in our software solutions (Lovion BIS, Smallworld GIS) at 1st and 2nd level
- You enjoy providing advice on the use of software products by telephone or via the ticket system
- You provide technical support in collaboration with the internal support team and in cooperation with partner companies
- You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- And have already gained experience in IT support and working with ticket systems
- You like to familiarize yourself with new technologies, especially the Lovion BIS software used
- You are characterized by a high willingness to communicate and conflict resolution potential
- You enjoy working in a team and taking on new challenges
