Hybrid Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced accountant to join their fast-growing organization and build out the accounting function. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, implementing financial policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Description

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Implement and maintain internal controls
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and facilitate interdepartmental communication
• Serve as a key resource for financial information and guidance across the organization

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.

Job Offer

• Salary range $110,000 - $140,000
