Are you a paid media specialist who thrives in developing cross-platform paid media campaigns? Are you incredibly detail-oriented? Our client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their digital marketing team in a fulltime, hybrid role in Carmel, Indiana. In this role, your primary focus will be driving client success through strategic and data-driven approaches, ensuring maximum ROI and achieving campaign objectives.Portfolio Note: In order to be considered, candidates must have proven experiences that demonstrate their deep understanding of paid media channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay ahead in a dynamic digital landscape.
You Will:
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices
- Conduct thorough research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign planning
- Stay updated on platform changes, features, and emerging trends to leverage new opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- A/B test ad variations to refine and improve performance continuously.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI
- Implement bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
- Provide regular and insightful reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommending optimizations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding paid media campaigns
- Conduct client meetings to review performance, discuss strategy, and address any concerns or questions
- Work closely with other teams such as SEO, content, and design to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach
- Collaborate with sales teams to align paid media efforts with overall business goals
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels
- Google Ads Certification preferred (or able to get this certification when starting)
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager
- Google Analytics Certification
- Demonstrated drive for superior service, internally and externally
- High level of Organization, Accountability & Attention to Detail
- Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP, Full-Time
- Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
- Onsite/Offsite: Hybrid in Carmel, IN
- Salary/Rate: $55K-$60K Depending on Experience
