Designit is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer that will be responsible for the architecture, development and testing of process. This includes defining quality requirements for new processes, creating, and maintaining automated tests.

The ideal candidate is both collaborative and assertive, has strong communication skills, patience, logical thinking, and strong attention to details. Familiarity working within Azure DevOps, agile methodology, automated testing (Selenium, etc. ) This person is a great problem-solving and tactful critic, understanding how to improve the program and identify weak points without demotivating or confusing teammates.

Would you like to…
  • Work collaboratively with various Program Leaders to enable and support successful delivery of quality product.
  • Execute tests, debug failure, submit tickets/bugs and clear reports. Provide recommendations.
  • Create and maintain automated testing to meet client needs.
  • Compile and analyze operational, test, and performance data to establish and/or evaluate performance standards and limits.
  • Communicate and resolve issues with project team and clients
  • Communicate new process outcomes & risks/mitigations effectively

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education.
  • 5+ years of Quality Engineering work experience
  • Experience with at automation (Selenium, etc)
  • A customer service mindset when working with stakeholders
  • Experience using Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
  • Experience presenting to internal stakeholders, providing recommendations to improve content, and delivering KPI results
  • Comfort working remotely and collaborating with a remote team

Compensation: Starting at $100,000+

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
