Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving improvements in reliability, cost control, quality metrics, and knowledge sharing across our product teams. • Lead initiatives to improve the overall quality of our products, including implementing quality metrics and measuring outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach team members on infrastructure best practices, observability, security, operational costs, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Participate in organizational changes and initiatives to accelerate problem resolution and drive improvements across the company.

What you bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
  • Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architectures.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and principles, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
