About The Team

The Reward and Analytics Team manage global compensation and benefits policies, processes and activities at CoachHub. We also provide advice to managers and the people team on the application of our reward procedures and incentives - including our VSOP programme. We produce intelligent People Analytics and Insights enabling CoachHub to identify workforce trends and tackle business problems.

We work closely and collaboratively with the wider People Team (including HR Operations and People Partners), Finance, Legal and business leaders, to achieve our goals

We provide a vital service to the business and want to ensure that it is a high quality, responsive service. The team requires a Junior Analyst who is keen to work collaboratively to provide the data solutions that the business needs; quickly and accurately first time round.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with the production of various HR data, reports and metrics
• Administer our Virtual Share programme, ensuring our systems and databases are up to date with new joiners, leavers and new awards
• Respond to queries (around the operation of the Virtual Share programme and log in requests, etc) from our employees on their Virtual Share allocations
• Provide administrative support and data to ad-hoc people, HRIS and reward team projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  
  

Key Attributes

• Strong data handling and IT skills - proficient microsoft office is essential (excel pivots charts, complex formulas, charts), word, powerpoint - AND google sheets/Gsuite
• Organized and accurate with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manipulate data and present findings in a simple and user friendly manor and genuine interest in Data Analytics
• Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  
  

Essential Experience

• Experience of manipulating and handling data in spreadsheets and extracting it from systems
• Previous experience of working in an HR department (at least 6 months)
  
  

Preferred Experience/Attributes

• HR systems experience
• Workday experience
• Knowledge of the work of an HR department
• A Business, finance, legal, HR or IT degree (or currently studying)
