Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend software applications using Python to enhance our Human-AI interaction platform.
  • Develop and implement robust backend services and APIs to power web applications and integrate with external systems.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Employ Docker for containerization and manage deployments using Kubernetes, focusing on efficient and scalable cloud deployments.
  • Conduct code reviews and uphold high standards of code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in backend development and Python programming.


Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in using Python for backend services, along with experience in using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development, primarily using Python.
  • Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and backend architecture.
  • Experience with RESTful API development.
  • Solid understanding of version control tools, such as Git.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.


Preferred Experience
  • Extensive experience with major cloud services, especially in deploying scalable solutions.
  • Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
  • Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
