About The Role


During your internship as R&D 3D Modeler / Artist, you will play a key role in representing our new technologies and components developed at our Global R&D Center located in Switzerland. You will be closely aligned with the technology, marketing and product teams to ensure that the output meets all stakeholders needs. The candidate will have to understand our technologies and convert them into a 3D object and animation. The ideal candidate will have experience related bringing an idea and/or a CAD drawing to a final picture or video rendering in 3D studio Max, Maya, Blender, or equivalent.


What you will do


  • Take a project from an image on a piece of paper or/and CAD drawing to a final picture or video rendering to be published for commercial purposes
  • Prepare objects to facilitate import of the 3D model into the simulation environments / Software
  • Ability to work with Simulation physical team and Technology Software developers to adapt existing objects and models
  • Keep videos and objects up-to-date with relevant updates from production technologies.
  • Participate in 3D Dashboards for the prototypes
  • Generate videos of movements and animation of the technology from the model
  • Work with Internal video maker to include 3D animation / videos into existing footage
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments (mainly technology, marketing, sales and product)

  • Gain deep understanding of our renewable energy storage industry, our products and technology, our processes, and our people.


What a qualified candidate should possess


  • Studying related to 3D infographic, gaming and animation
  • Experience in following projects from scratch to full animation, content creation or 3D outputs
  • Familiarity with 3D Video Renderings and modelling, Video Animation is required
  • Experience Augmented Reality, Texture and UV mapping and Visual Effects is preferred
  • Solid knowledge in 3D studio Max, Maya, Blender, or equivalent is required
  • Experience in Unity, C # and Python a plus
