Gewünschte Qualifikationen

• You will spearhead a new initiative to improve internal software interfaces in the Thomann cosmos.
• You will support our overall product strategy with visionary insights into the areas of web & app.
• Design and implement responsive layouts and interactive prototypes for our internal tools

• Maintain our design system, from the requirements-phase to the interactive concept, in collaboration with frontend developers and product owners

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of UI/UX Design, ideally in e-commerce
• You enjoy developing innovative software solutions and product ideas in an Agile environment
• Confidence in using common UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe Cloud, etc.
• A feel for the needs of our customers, both internally (colleagues) and externally (musicians worldwide)
• Excellent English (C1+) and German (C1+) language skills
• Practical experience with workshops in the areas of requirements management, design thinking and user testing
