In the Global Service Operations department, as part of the overall service strategy, we strive to be the preferred service provider for all our customers. In the role of CS Business Development Manager - Service Project Execution, you will drive the development, implementation and execution of service project strategies and structures. Functionally leading the definition of global standards and operationally managing the execution of the projects with the corresponding financial and process KPI's will also be part of your responsibilities. Tasks

Manage all aspects of the Service Project Execution group, define priorities, and ensure the execution
Lead the development and refinement of strategy for service projects (based on existing and new machines and modernization of equipment/lines/cells) from proposal to execution
Implementation of the global strategy in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, regional counterparts, and ITP in the aspects of macro- and micro-organization, processes, and tools, scope, and competences
Develop and execute the functional leadership to define and implement the necessary standards for the service project execution in close collaboration with the Project Execution and Service Business Excellence Committees and their Core Teams
Lead Service Project Execution operationally across all regions and businesses and ensure target setting and achievement (financial/process KPIs)
Provide regular updates to the Customer Service leadership team on project and process issues, develop and implement agreed improvements and provide ad-hoc analysis and presentations
Ensure development and implementation of lessons learned/best practices from service projects under execution
Ensure leadership and motivation by establishing an open and broad communication of the principles, objectives, targets, and processes including feedback communication

Required Qualifications

Technical or commercial degree combined with several years of experience in the field of project execution/engineering
Knowledge of project management fundamentals and techniques including executing tools, processes, scheduling, cost control, progress and productivity analysis, resource loading, and forecasting
Strong intercultural skills and abilities for managing worldwide teams and interfaces
Ability to simplify complex technical information into useable management presentations and communications
Good commercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities
Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
Proactive, hands-on and target driven team player
