To reinforce my client’s support team, I am looking for a Customer Support in Würenlos, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
As a member of my client’s team, you’ll work on an ERP.
Your missions are:
• Analysis and implementation of technical resolutions
• Ticket management and L1 incident
• Planned outgoing calls to B2B customers (Manufacturers, Distributors, Car dealerships)
• Customer relations and follow-up
• Escalation to L2 if necessary.
Qualifications and technical skills
Preferred qualifications
BSc. or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Requirements
You have 2 years of experience as a Customer Support, for Web application or ERP.
You have really good knowledges of #SQL.
You can speak fluently any 2 of these languages: #French/ #German/ #English/ #Italian.
You will be working in English, so you must be fluent!
You are autonomous, pro-active, and have good communications skills. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills and want to join a fast growing company!
