We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Commercial Department – Fragrance as International Digital Business Manager.

In this role you will elaborate the appropriate guidance to accelerate the online business development (internal and e-Partners) and nourish strategic orientations. You will be the key contact for regions regarding online Fragrance specific project. Beyond business development you will ensure brand image consistency between all digital touch points, together with a consistent and seamless client experience.


Lead the online commercial strategy

  • Propose and align the online commercial strategy and sales acceleration on and e-partners websites
  • Define the right strategy to accelerate drastically fragrance sales online
  • Identify key success factors, IT development needs, and 360° approach needs to be successful on all our online platforms
  • Be the key Fragrance referent for all online topics/digital projects

Provide guidance and support regions to implement online strategy in regions

  • Define and provide ecommerce cross network guidance and policies for and external e-partners
  • Follow and support regions in the operational execution of the digital commercial strategy
  • Align, animate and connect the Fragrance online community

Ensure the brand image consistency and a seamless client experience across all digital touch points

  • Monitor Digital business development in collaboration with HQ and regions and propose corrective actions to ensure Fragrance target achievements
    • Ensure consistency in commercial terms and conditions between the different regions for online pure players
    • Collaborate with Digital and Marketing central teams to create Fragrance specific assets and tools
    • Support the development of the regional CRC's skills in the category

    Nourish strategic orientations (regions, products, clients)

    • Follow performances and clients’ insights for all digital touchpoints
      • Ensure frequent quantitative and qualitative feedbacks and needs from regions

      Transversal Management

      • Co-build retail and specialists’ online strategies along with Fragrance Specialists and Retail Business Managers
        • Ensure Business Operations Coordinator receive appropriate information to build and provide commercial books
        • Work closely with regions and central teams

        How Will You Experience Success With Us

        • You have 5 to 10 years of B2C and B2B eCommerce experience, with international exposure. An experience in Fragrance & Beauty industry would be a plus.
        • You possess a good understanding of digital technical skills
        • You possess strong collaborative and communication skills
        • You are autonomous and have an entrepreneurship mindset
        • You possess a good strategic thinking
        • You are fluent in English, French and Chinese are a plus
