In this role you will be responsible to execute the HR Master Data strategy in line with business priorities, ensure effective data quality control, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to create reliability, trust and efficiency in usage of HR Master Data.

Your responsibilities
  • Evolves the HR Master Data framework in line with Enterprise Master Data, designs robust governance processes and defines data quality standards.
  • Ensures that HR Master Data quality, consistency and integrity is implemented and controlled effectively in all systems within the assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Creates and maintains HR Master Data products – e.g. data repository, dictionary, rule book, training material – and ensures their usability and application.
  • Responds to business requirements and strategic priorities that impact HR Master Data, develops creative solutions and drives continuous improvement.
  • Acts as gatekeeper for HR Master Data consumed by non-HR applications or processes in close collaboration with Information Systems.
  • Collaborates closely with businesses and functions such as Human Resources – especially HR Operations and People Analytics –, Information Systems or Finance to align on Master Data governance, rules and definitions.
  • Participates in Mergers & Acquisitions or inhouse projects to coordinate HR Master Data related requirements, to provide guidance and to implement required changes.
  • Evaluates and communicates the impact of HR Master Data to relevant stakeholders to increase awareness for a data driven culture in alignment with People Analytics.
  • Documents, reviews and updates all work procedures pertaining to in-scope aspects of HR Master Data procedures and system maintenance.
Your background
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience demonstrating data management exposure in the HR domain
  • Sound experience with data quality control and continuous improvement projects
  • High degree of structure, detail and analytics
  • High degree of client, service and result orientation
  • Ability to build relations across various businesses, functions and cultures
  • Strong consulting skills with initiative to solve complex problems and significant change impact
  • Fluent and articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent SAP HR and Excel skills
  • Workday and PowerBI skills would be an added benefit
