We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Growth Manager to join our team in the sports marketing and technology field.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the sports industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Interact with the Account Management and Customer Success teams to effectively manage client expectations and help set the expectation for future potential growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns, products, and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the sports industry.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sports marketing and technology to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and promote our products and services.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales is a must, preferably in the sports industry
  • You have a bachelors degree or similar education
  • A passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry and its key players
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and obtaining meetings with decision makers / influence clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A business mindset with ability to align partnerships and commercial opportunities
  • English proficiency is a must, additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics.
  • Understanding the major trends that impact the sports media ecosystem is a plus!
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Tech savyiness / interest in digital innovation is a big plus!
