Tasks:

• Initiating, monitoring and supporting ongoing and periodic data maintenance – Responsibility for the overall CRM data quality and consistency
• Optimization of workflows, support the further development and maintenance of all processes and thus contribute to optimal CRM performance
• Define quantitative and qualitative KPIs to analyze, design and develop test cases, documentation and visualization/frontends with common BI front-end tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau)
• Create analyses, document the findings and derive necessary measures for the systematic optimization of data quality
• Cross-departmental analysis of marketing and sales processes and their interfaces to the CRM system to design, document and optimize all related CRM business processes
• Act as the liaison between our worldwide CRM users, the division and corporate development team
• Create, maintain and update corresponding user training material for end user trainings
• Regular meetings with stakeholders and the worldwide CRM user base to record change requests in the CRM system
• Day-to-day (2nd level) support for all CRM users, including reporting and troubleshooting
• Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, etc.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science or similar qualifications with appropriate further training
• 3+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales and marketing, CRM Management, analytics or statistics
• Strong IT affinity, a good understanding of complex relationships and first experiences in project management
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work in a team to achieve common goals
