Performance & Analytics Manager (f/m/d) 100%

Reporting to Head of Sales Performance & Analytics, the candidate will support Channel’s Director, together with the Acquisition Channel Management team, monitoring their performances.

Tasks:

• Performance management to optimize and increase efficiency of sales channels; volume, value and quality
• Prepare weekly dashboard for board of directors, plus ad-hoc deep dives to explain commercial trend
• Generation and interpretation of data-based insights and actionable recommendations derived from them
• Constantly liaise with channel manager to prepare sales outlook
• Act like a pivot for sales performances stakeholder

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on and pragmatical attitude is required
• Turn plans into reality ensuring top notch delivery
• Independence, proactivity and self organizational skills
• Advanced Excel/Powerpoint skills
• Experience working with visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
• Fluent in English - German is a plus
• Knowledge of the telecommunications market is a plus
