We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Growth & Demand generation lead to accelerate our PDF Enterprise solutions business by driving awareness, new logo sales and expansion of our product & services.

About the role


You will build and lead a product-led growth plan with a focus on demand generation, pipeline creation, and new revenue bookings. You will develop programs that grow our brand globally, articulate our value proposition, and create a fast and enjoyable trial and onboarding experience for our customers. You will orchestrate internal and external stakeholders working closely across different teams like Sales, Engineering and Product.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy across channels, serving as contributor, strategic leader, analyst, and project manager.
  • Accountable for generating a high quality pipeline for the sales team to achieve new business and expansion goals.
  • Optimize performance of the website and free trial-to-purchase decision funnel, working closely with our sales, product and engineering team
  • Optimize and expand digital campaigns (Google Ads, remarketing, etc.).
  • Grow organic site visitors and conversions, partnering with SEO resources from our sister company Smallpdf to develop a comprehensive program that addresses technical, content, conversion and authority aspects of SEO.
  • Craft messaging and positioning that resonates with technical buyers and is deployed consistently across websites, advertising and other go to market materials.
  • Analyze and report on marketing funnel metrics and performance, communicating to executive teams and diagnosing problems and opportunities.
  • Hire and manage vendors and team members as needed, managing their work to rapid and high-quality, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and manage email and content marketing programs.
  • Oversee marketing automation, working with our Inbound Marketing and RevOps Manager as well as developers to ensure data passes between and is captured by relevant tools.


Requirements


Must haves


  • 5+ years of relevant and recent experience in digital B2B Growth marketing (incl. SEO, SEM, CRO and paid media) as well as content and customer marketing experience, preferably within enterprise software/SaaS.
  • Strong track record and marketing expertise within a trial-based PLG model with a target audience focusing on software developers, buyers and evaluators for technology solutions.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on funnel metrics on a very granular level and with a ROI focus.
  • Experience with tools s.a. Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation tools ( Hubspot, Marketo), SEMrush
  • Ability to partner with web developers and work within a fast-paced agile development environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to talk to different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently but lead and drive results through influencing others.
  • Ability to understand and communicate about a technical product to a technical buyer.
  • You are outcome oriented, able to operate in an agile manner and thrive in a build-measure-learn environment.
  • You feel comfortable in a data-driven, fast-paced organization, adaptable to change and with a strong sense of accountability.


Nice to haves


  • Experience in automation or PDF technology.
  • Experience with A/B and conversion rate optimization testing (building hypotheses, structuring and executing tests, reporting results and next-step recommendations).
  • UI / wireframing experience and working with user experienced designers
