Our Client is a growing German IT company that creates an open platform for the management of digital identities and the integration of IT applications.
We are looking for an experienced
Lead Software Developer Python / Linux (m/w/d).
Full-time or part-time (from 32 hours / week)
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Continuous development of a server software
- Consulting other development teams on their implementations
- Development and implementation of architectural changes
- The technical content for a release is defined by Product Management and the Product Owner. You supply the necessary technical part of the release scope
- Expansion of the automatic test and software development infrastructure (CI/CD)
- You commit yourself with your team to the implementation of prioritized topics for a quarter. During the quarter you work towards achieving your goals in a self-organized manner
Your qualifications:
- You are located in an EU country
- At least 6 years of experience in open source development projects using Python on Linux environments
- You are familiar with the concepts of agile software development
- You have already taken on various types of responsibility, be it as a trainer, lead developer or team lead
- Experience in REST API, network communication, security, Docker and message queuing is helpful
- Practical knowledge of standards in the automation of tests and CI/CD (Git, GitLab)
- Fluent English skills
